Quality Control for CNC Machining at Essengold
We have a wide-ranging quality control system to ensure that our CNC-machined products meet the highest standards of excellence. The process involves the following steps:
Our factory has its own complete outsourcing supply chain with the examination standards.
The quality of the material is very important. Every batch of incoming materials will be strictly inspected, and a material report from SGS will be issued to ensure that customers use real, high-quality raw materials.
Our professional project engineering team has been committed to reviewing and analyzing optimization for ten years to reduce CNC machining time and cost. We are offering the same quality at lower prices.
We will implement stricter standards than ISO-2768-m and ISO-2768-c tolerances and standard tolerances for CNC machining parts of our machines, with precision up to 0.005mm.
During production, all steps will be inspected by the QC department for each size & appearance and will issue an inspection report simultaneously. We have an advanced quality control system that uses manual equipment combined with automatic equipment. The first article, inspection, and shipment reports are kept and archived for two years. From CNC machining to shipment, dedicated personnel follow up in real-time and transparently sharing. Get support during product use, too. The measurement laboratory has high-precision inspection instruments such as a 3D and 2D projector.
Packaging & Shipping
We pack and check all our parts very carefully once they are done with the machining process. This procedure ensures that each part is properly packaged and transported to the customer without any damage or deterioration in quality while on its way.
Quality Problems Solutions
Essengold is dedicated to delivering quality prototypes and CNC machined components that meet your unique needs. We can do a redo or give you a refund if the order fails to satisfy your processing requirements. Contact our CNC machining specialists if any quality problems arise within one month of delivery. Feel free to reach out once you receive the shipment should any questions arise; we will respond within the shortest time possible upon reading your mail with answers and remedies.
Rework Requirements
When you encounter any trouble during CNC machining, please confirm it first; if not, we will review the design and samples again and then meet to seek solutions. In case of problems after receiving the goods, we will arrange an instant video conference after getting email feedback from our experts, who will communicate and deal with it the simplest and fastest way before sending new samples.
defects as follows:
- Defects of unacceptable processing
- Failure to meet tolerance requirements
- Incorrect material/finish
Refund Conditions
Upon receipt of email feedback, we shall call or video communicate as soon as possible to confirm that the product problem is caused by us and cannot be repaired. Then, we shall proceed with refunds and returns promptly.
cases of the following reasons:
- This part can’t be machined.
- The customer doesn’t agree to rework

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What do you do to check the parts made on machines before packing them?
A: We carry out an in-depth inspection, after which we use advanced measurement tools to cross-check all critical measurements, tolerances, and surface roughness against given specifications.
Q: What types of inspections can be conducted on finished machine components?
A: Inspections comprise coordinate measuring machine (CMM) dimensional checks, visual examination for surface anomalies, and functional trials where appropriate.
Q: Are there any records of examination provided with consignments?
A: Yes, every shipment is accompanied by a detailed report that shows what was found during the quality control process and whether it met the required standards.
Q: Which materials are used when packaging machined parts?
A: Foam inserts, bubble wrap, and strong carton boxes, among other protective materials, are used for this purpose so that the items don’t get damaged while being transported from one place to another.
Q: How do you prevent items from getting spoiled during transit?
A: Each item is wrapped separately and held firmly within its container to minimize motion while guarding against external forces.
Q: Is there any traceability throughout inspection and packaging procedures?
A: Certainly, all steps taken, from selecting raw materials to completing final examinations, are recorded, thus assuring accountability and quality control.
Q: Can packages be made according to specific customer needs?
A: Yes, they can; we offer personalized wrapping solutions designed around individual client requirements, which serve better protection purposes and make displays attractive.
Q: What measures do you employ to prevent contamination during packing?
A: We have a clean room environment where packaging activities are carried out to prevent dirt from getting into contact with parts; additionally, we ensure that everything is cleaned before it is wrapped.
Q: How do you prepare large or complicated assemblies for transportation?
A: In such situations, we put them in crates reinforced or alternately with special packages depending on their shapes and sizes; this guarantees safety during handling and while in transit.
Q: Are there any guarantees given against damage to machine components in the course of shipping?
A: Yes, indeed, all items are packed in a manner that can withstand normal conditions experienced during transportation, but if there happens to be an accident, necessary steps will be taken swiftly after contacting relevant persons.
