company provides custom-made and universal solutions for CNC turned, millturned components, CNC-turned & milled components, and cnc 5 axis
machined components, plus secondary operations such as heat treatment/

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

No – no minimum quantity! Essengold provides prototypes and short to medium-run production machining services.

What file types does Essengold accept when quoting a design?

For 3D drawings, we prefer STEP, IGES, or X_T format. If there are dimensions with tolerances, we prefer PDF format for 2D drawings.

How can I pay Essengold?

Essengold accepts payment in two ways: 1. Bank-to-bank wire transfer 2. PayPal

What general tolerances can Essengold achieve?

General Machining Tolerances on metal to +/- 0.005" (+/- 0.127 mm) following ISO 2768 unless otherwise specified. Plastics and composites will be +/- 0.010”(+/- 0.254 mm).

What precision tolerances can Essengold achieve?

Precision Machining Tolerances down to ± .0002" (0.005mm). AT can manufacture and inspect tight tolerances per your drawing specifications.

How quickly can I get my parts?

Lead times are 2-3 weeks for prototypes and four weeks for production runs. Emergency/Rush service is available.
